Studio LR takes care of logistic and commercial management of international projects from the purchase order to the related shipment.

In addition to holding the qualification of “import-export specialist”, we regularly attend Masters in international trade, import-export and customs rules, in order to provide an efficient quality service that meets the practical issues of constantly evolving commercial dynamics inside the company.

  • Triangular and chain transactions.

  • Export controls and dual use.

  • Special customs regimes.

  • AEO, origin of the goods.

  • Consulting to different offices concerning technical customs and logistic procedures.

  • Monitoring of contract fulfilment within the agreed terms.

  • Problem solving related to air/sea freight and truck shipments, import-export procedures.

  • Delivery of exhibition goods and attempted sales.

  • Letter of credit management: draft analysis, documents check before negotiation.

  • Commercial back office and consulting relevant to the contract, delivery and payment conditions, Incoterms.

  • Correspondence in English and German with international customers, forwarding agents and their connected partners.
